M9 Solutions is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to work hybrid remote/on-site for a client located in Fairfax, VA.

• Support association-wide marketing initiatives for events, membership, and content across print and digital channels.
• Contribute to email marketing campaigns that drive ROI by tracking performance metrics and key KPIs.
• Assist with social media marketing, multimedia content, event promotion, and partner relationship coordination.

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field required, or equivalent professional marketing experience.
• Experience with digital marketing, including email campaigns and list segmentation, as well as email platforms such as Higher Logic.
• Familiarity or experience with Content Management Systems and/or Customer Relationship Systems, specifically Nimble or Salesforce, is a plus.
• Prior experience in or exposure to government, defense, or professional associations is a plus.
• Strong understanding of marketing principles.
• Excellent organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and project management abilities.
• Comfortable managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-starter with a hands‑on, solutions‑oriented mindset.
• Able to stay up to date with industry trends and best practices and make recommendations for new initiatives.
• Collaborative team player with strong interpersonal skills.
• Curious and adaptable, with a hunger to learn and grow.
