• Evaluate operational efficiency and analyze business processes, data, and requirements for improvements.
• Gather and document stakeholder needs, translating them into technical and business specifications.
• Coordinate solution design and integration across applications and teams.
• Conduct qualitative and quantitative analysis, performing root cause evaluations and recommending enhancements.
• Monitor system performance and support testing activities, including planning, execution, and reporting.

• Must be a U.S. Citizen, Green Card Holder, or authorized to work in the U.S.
• Proven experience as a Business Systems Analyst or similar role.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to perform qualitative and quantitative analysis.
• Proficiency in gathering and documenting technical and business requirements.
• Experience collaborating with business units and technical teams.

• Familiarity with emerging technologies and their applications in business processes.
• Experience in leading testing activities and managing integrations.
• Knowledge of workflow, system, and control enhancements.
