Overview

As the Executive Technician (Multimedia/AV), you will have a background in multimedia systems and AV support to support critical government and intelligence initiatives.

• Set up and operate multimedia equipment including microphones, video projectors, monitors, and recording devices.
• Provide technical support for meetings, briefings, training sessions, and teleconferences.
• Ensure AV systems are fully functional, properly maintained, and compliant with safety protocols.
• Interpret customer needs to tailor technical solutions for presentations and events.
• Test and troubleshoot integrated visual and audio content across multiple platforms.
• Assist in the development and deployment of high-quality AV and multimedia solutions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and team members to ensure seamless event execution and technical readiness.

• High school diploma/GED with 10 years of experience.
• Associate's with 8 years of experience.
• Bachelor's with 6 years of experience.
• Master's with 4 years of experience.

• Proven expertise in AV systems and multimedia equipment operation.
• Strong troubleshooting, testing, and integration skills.
• Effective communication and independent problem‑solving abilities.
• Experience supporting high-level executive or secure environments.
