Description

The SAP Business Process Analyst III with strong experience supporting sourcing, contracts and supplier management. Skilled in improving procurement processes, reducing errors and costs, and enhancing overall quality. Known for effective troubleshooting, cross function collaboration, and driving continuous improvement under the supervision of the Supervisor, Business Systems Support.
Examples of Duties
  • Lead supplier onboarding, sourcing events and contract lifecycle activities in Ariba
  • Support purchasing operations, including purchase order and purchase requisition creation, approvals and issue resolution.
  • Maintain material master data, supplier master data, contract repositories and inventory accuracy.
  • Configure and troubleshoot SAP MM, including material master, MRP, service entry sheets and goods receipts and invoices.
  • Resolve cross-module integration issues (MM, FI/CO, SD, EAM/Plant Maintenance, Ariba, Customer Service)
  • Build and validate Crystal Reports and enhance procurement dashboards
  • Configure and support SAP Fiori apps for MM and Ariba
  • Ensure all processes meet audit compliance and documentation standards
  • Mentor team members and support governance frameworks.
  • Document processes, workflows, and training materials
  • Collaborate with developers, project managers and business stakeholders
Typical Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business, Computer Science or related field; or equivalent work experience.
  • Experience with SAP S/4

    HANA On Premise
  • Strong hands-on experience with SAP Ariba (SLP, Sourcing, Contracts) and SAP MM
  • Deep knowledge of Procurement; sourcing, contract management and supplier governance
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to train and mentor teams
  • Proven ability to lead governance initiatives
  • Process-driven mindset with a focus on compliance and operational excellence
Supplemental Information
  • Must be able to commute to the office 3 days a week. First 90 days of employment will be in the office 100%. This is non-negotiable.
  • Must pass a controlled substance (drug) test for employment.
