Systems Engineer
Required Qualifications
8+ years of enterprise architecture experience, with a strong background in solution evaluation, governance, and systems interoperability
- A bachelor's degree in relevant field OR an additional 4 years of experience is required
Architecture certifications preferred (TOGAF, AWS, Azure, or GCP)
Advanced proficiency in Excel for data analysis, reporting, and visualization
Demonstrated ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights
Proven success designing streamlined workflows and optimizing processes for performance and compliance
Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance

What You’ll DoAs an Enterprise Architect (Telecommunications), you will serve as a strategic technology leader supporting enterprise-wide telecom modernization efforts. You will:
Develop and maintain enterprise-level telecommunications architecture blueprints that align IT and telecom systems with evolving business strategy and mission objectives
Design and recommend scalable, secure, and cost-effective architecture patterns across applications, data, and integration domains
Ensure interoperability and modernization across complex, distributed environments
Partner with cross-functional engineering and mission teams to translate operational needs into architectural solutions
Support governance boards by evaluating proposed solutions against enterprise standards, roadmaps, and long-term transformation goals
Drive innovation while maintaining reliability in a highly regulated, high-availability environment
