Addison Group is hiring on behalf of a full-service event management organization that supports government, technology, and industry trade shows, conventions, conferences, and symposiums. This role sits within a collaborative digital team and focuses on managing and executing web and digital marketing initiatives tied to large-scale events. The Web & Digital Design Marketing Manager will be responsible for maintaining and updating multiple event websites annually while ensuring brand consistency, strong UX execution, and timely delivery across marketing campaigns.

The ideal candidate brings deep hands‑on HTML and CSS expertise, advanced Hub Spot CMS experience, and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast‑paced, event‑driven environment.

• Update and maintain multiple template‑based event websites annually
• Manage sponsor, exhibitor, and client‑facing web content updates
• Execute digital marketing initiatives tied to trade shows and conferences
• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Operations teams to ensure alignment
• Coordinate stakeholder updates and incorporate revisions efficiently
• Maintain UX consistency across multiple event platforms
• Support landing page creation and ongoing content management in Hub Spot
• Track project timelines using project management tools

• 5+ years of hands‑on HTML and CSS experience
• Advanced Hub Spot CMS experience including landing page creation
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite including Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and Acrobat
• Experience with Canva
• Experience using Smartsheet or similar project management tools
• Ability to manage multiple websites and deadlines simultaneously

• Experience working within Personify a2z or A2Z CMS
• Background in event‑driven marketing or trade show environments
• Experience managing 8 to 12 or more event websites annually
• Portfolio demonstrating template‑based web execution and UX consistency
• Experience supporting sponsorship galleries, exhibitor portals, or event registration systems
• Strong client‑facing communication experience
• 8 to 10+ years of production‑level HTML and CSS experience

• Bachelor’s degree required
• 5+ years in a web or digital design role
• Strong experience building and maintaining production‑ready web code
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment in Reston, VA
