Skills:

Microsoft Dynamics CRM based technologies including SQL Database, IIS Website, Windows Server, ERP and eCommerce integration

REQUIREMENTS:

This is a configuring, troubleshooting, scripting, support role and NO DEVELOPMENT. They do not want Developers.

Job duties

• Ensure availability and performance of Microsoft Dynamics CRM based technologies including SQL Database, IIS Website, Windows Server, ERP and eCommerce integration and any required technologies in support of the Company’s eCRM suite
• Work with software developers and Dev Ops teams on building and maintaining tools and scripts enabling continuous deployment from the Dev Ops pipeline
• Monitor and optimize system performance based on Company’s and industry standards
• Support for client issues including but are not limited to performance, communication, networking, integration and application
• Understanding the underlying deployment of the entire Dynamics CRM solution including but not limited to Application, DB, Web Server, Active Directory, Internet Facing Deployment, ADFS, and single sign-on
• Design and documentation of deployment architecture, processes, and tools

Mandatory Requirements

• 5+ years experience with:
  Microsoft Windows Server, Microsoft SQL Server and SQL Server Reporting Services, IIS, Dynamics CRM, AD, and ADFS in a 24x7x365 operational environment with contractually defined SLAs
• Team-oriented individual who values opportunities to build the skills and capabilities of others
• Excellent communication skills

Optional requirements

• 2+ years of experience with AWS deployments, certifications preferred
• 2+ years of experience with automation and scripting, exposure to Dev Ops pipeline tools and techniques
• Experience with performance analysis and optimization using APM tools such as App Dynamics or New Relic
• Experience working in a global environment with remote managers and staff
