* The Opportunity:

The CIT program is seeking a seeking a highly skilled Systems Engineer/Tester to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience with Agile project management, requirements management, and testing. The role will involve managing a software development team, conducting stakeholder meetings, and ensuring documentation and validation of IT system requirements. Be part of a department with an expanding range of programs focusing on Mission Operations, where you get to grow on and between programs with peers who are dedicated to advancing national security.

Work with the customer and team to convert mission needs into user stories (in Jira) with well-defined acceptance criteria and should understand the technical dependencies between user stories to facilitate the proper sequencing for scheduling of work in development sprints. Facilitate backlog prioritization and sprint planning sessions and daily scrums. Brief or support briefings to management and mission stakeholders.

* Key Responsibilities:

* Manage technical IT development team using Agile methodologies.
* Conduct stakeholder meetings and requirements discussions.
* Develop and maintain test plans and procedures.
* Validate system performance and functionality.
* Ensure compliance with security policies and controls

Qualifications:

Required:

* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering and 8-12 years demonstrated experience
* Must possess an active TS/SCI with required polygraph clearance
* Experience with Agile project management and requirements management, and sprint planning for an IT development team.
* Experience conducting requirements gathering, analysis, traceability, validation, verification, documentation, and alignment of requirements to Agile sprints for the IT system.
* Experience facilitating requirements discussions and stakeholder interviews.
* Test planning, execution, and validation, including UAT prior to deployment.
* Experience with system authorization and accreditation through the Sponsor's Assessment and Authorization (A&A) processes, procedures, security requirements, and systems.
* Experience applying security policy and controls to systems. Desired:
