In this role, you will support our internal Service Now instance and Customer Portals. We’re seeking a Service Now Developer to support our internal Service Now implementations and delivery goals. As a Service Now Developer, you will leverage your knowledge and experience to deliver end-to-end automated solutions, including the technical implementation of IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL) processes, workflow customization, ticketing, process automation, report development, dashboard creation, and system configuration.

Salary Range: $100,000 – $150,000

• 2+ years of Service Now development experience in ITSM, ITOM, SAM, ITBM, and/or equivalent.
• Service Now Fundamentals (CSA) and Service Now Implementation certifications.
• Functional and technical knowledge of the Service Now configuration and implementation.
• Experience building catalog items, including the associated flows and workflows.
• Consultant in 3 or more Service Now implementation projects.
• Knowledge of JavaScript or a similar scripting language.
• Implementation experience working directly with customers and clients.
• Knowledge of LDAP, AD, SSO, Email Infrastructure, and Web Services.
• Knowledge of Customer Service Management.

• Service Now certifications in two or more applications (CSM, ITSM, ITBM, ITOM, GRC, Sec Ops, SAM, or HR).
• ITIL v4 Fundamentals certification.
• CompTIA Security Plus (Sec+) certification or equivalent.
• Knowledge of relational databases.
• Knowledge of systems, infrastructure, and networks.
• Knowledge of Service Now Integrations.
• Experience with Service Now Domain Separation.
• Service Now Certified Application Developer certificate.
• Knowledge of Service Now Custom Applications.
• Experience with Agile Development Methodologies.
• Knowledge of Integrated Risk Management.
