Sr. Principal Performance Analyst Lead

The Sr. Principal Performance Analyst Lead supports our Cannon‑Based Air Defense (CBAD) program, integrating sensors, battle management command‑and‑control, and advanced ammunition to defend against subsonic cruise missiles and unmanned aircraft systems from conflict start to finish. The role is on‑site at one of Huntsville, AL;
Redondo Beach, CA;
Fairfax, VA;
Chandler, AZ; or Colorado Springs, CO, with 10% travel or less.
- Manage, analyze, and communicate findings from large quantities of mission‑model data.
- Lead implementation of the data management plan.
- Develop and maintain the processing and analytical code base.
- Create briefing packages for a variety of customer and stakeholder engagements.
- Develop the skills and capabilities of junior analysts on the team.
- Bachelor’s degree in a STEM field with 8 years related experience, OR Master’s with 6 years, OR PhD with 4 years.
- Active DoD Secret clearance.
- Experience with Python, SQL, AFSIM, and Microsoft Office tools.
- Data‑analytics experience, including insight generation, ETL/ELT data merging, and data reduction.
- Mission analysis experience for US and Joint/Coalition scenarios and metrics.
- Technical and executive‑level presentation experience.
- Familiarity with CBAD mission and system.
- Customer presentation experience.
- Team lead or manager experience.
- Experience in data management.
- Ability to obtain and maintain TS or SAP clearance.
Primary Level Salary Range: $ – $.
