ECS is seeking a Senior Web Application Developer to work remotely .

Are you looking to help the Department of Defense (DoD) identify emerging technologies that might help develop the future joint force and our nation’s civilian workforce? As an experienced professional, you know that innovative technologies offer a range of applications that may influence future military and civilian capabilities. We are looking for someone like you to help a Defense client identify early-stage research with the potential to accelerate innovative solutions to complex DoD challenges.

Salary Range: $100,000 – $130,000

Required Skills

The Senior Web Application Developer shall be responsible for systems development, testing and implementation in a web-based environment. The Senior Web Application Developer shall have, at a minimum, MA/MS with 10+ yrs experience or BA/BS with 12+ yrs experience. Must have 5+ years of experience in the following:

• An environment similar to ATRRS in terms of size and complexity.
• Systems development, testing and implementation in complex environments similar to ATRRS, with mainframe/host/cloud, web, and GUI components.
• Internet application development within a Microsoft web environment using the following: ASP with recent ASP.NET, SQL Server (including stored procedures), Visual Studio 2010 or later, and IIS.
• Using DB2 Connect and Integrating with mainframe applications.
• The design, development, and consumption of WCF services within an enterprise architecture

Desired Skills

• Systems development, testing and implementation experience in a U.S. Army web-based environment
