DRCG is seeking a highly motivated, Senior Network Engineer, to support a federal customer's goals to modernize and transform their IT environment to efficiently deliver new technologies to their workforce.
Job LocationMerrifield, VA (on site)
Responsibilities- Provide high level support for Cisco ACI, Cisco NDO, Cisco APIC, Cisco UCS, virtualization (VMWare), and UCS Director
- Provide classified and unclassified Tier 3 senior level support for the design, implementation, and deployment of network specific technologies across the DEA Enterprise environment consisting of hundreds of locations worldwide.
- Provides engineering and operational support for cloud providers to include AWS and Azure, on-premise datacenters, campus networks, Dynamic Multipoint VPNs (DMVPN), Layer 2/3, wireless networks, and network applications installed on client workstations
- Optimization of various LAN/WAN environments
- Datacenter load balancing
Network access security to include 802.1x and Cisco ISE
Requirements- Active/current Secret Clearance is required at the time of hire.
- 7+ years of relevant experience
- CCIE Certification or equivalent
- Bachelors degree in a related field or relevant work experience
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams
