Job Description
HII Mission Technologies seeks a Program Travel Analyst to support our customer in Falls Church, VA. The candidate will manage travel inquiries, coordination, and expenses, aligning itineraries with project schedules and budgets, and ensuring effective stakeholder communication. This position is contingent upon contract award.
Essential

Job Responsibilities
- Organizes travel for project team members, including transportation, lodging, and itineraries, in compliance with policies and regulations.
- Ensures travel plans align with project timelines and budgets, coordinating with vendors.
- Tracks and manages travel expenses, maintains records, and addresses issues promptly.
- Supports communication between stakeholders to meet travel needs efficiently, aiding project success.

Minimum Qualifications
- 3 years relevant experience with a Bachelor’s degree; 1 year with a Master’s; or high school diploma with 7 years relevant experience.
- Client experience: 6-15 years.

- Education:

BA/BS in Business Administration, Finance, Travel Tourism, Hospitality, or related field; 4 years of experience can substitute for a degree.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret Security Clearance.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and in teams.
- Proactive attitude.
Preferred Requirements
- Active Secret Security Clearance.

- Experience with Defense Travel System (DTS) or similar.
- Knowledge of government travel policies.

Physical Requirements
- Minor lifting and carrying of records or equipment.
