We specialize in providing management and technology consulting services to support the business and technology modernization efforts of the Federal Government. Think Tek was formed with the specific purpose of providing its clients a tailored solution around Program & Project Management, Strategic Planning, and IT Services.

Think Tek is seeking a Senior Lead Technical Architect to support enterprise-level federal initiatives. The selected candidate will provide technical leadership across data architecture, integration, and business intelligence solutions, with a focus on cloud and on-premise data platforms. The role requires extensive experience in AWS, Oracle, Informatica, and BI/reporting solutions to ensure secure, efficient, and scalable data management environments.

• THIS POSITION IS CONTINGENT UPON CONTRACT AWARD**

• Lead technical architecture design, development, and management for large-scale federal programs.
• Oversee data modeling, data warehousing, and data migration strategies.
• Architect and support business intelligence/reporting solutions.
• Manage AWS cloud environments and RDMS integrations.
• Provide technical leadership in Oracle database architecture and administration.
• Lead Informatica implementations and support across IICS, Power Center, and IDQ platforms.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align solutions with mission and technical requirements.

• Ability to obtain DHS Suitability.
• Bachelor's Degree or higher.
• 8+ years of experience as a Lead Technical Architect/Manager.
• 8+ years of experience leading data modeling, data warehousing, and data migration activities.
• 8+ years of AWS console and RDMS experience.
• 8+ years of Oracle database experience.
• 5+ years of Informatica experience implementing and supporting IICS, Power Center, and IDQ.
• 5+ years of experience as a business intelligence/reporting architect.
