About the Data Center & Infrastructure Team

Role Overview

Lorien is seeking a Technical Recruiter to join our elite Data Center team. This role is responsible for managing full-cycle recruitment for highly specialized technical and skilled-trades roles that support large-scale data center development and operations.

The ideal candidate is a driven, detail-oriented recruiter who thrives in a high-volume, high-visibility environment, values partnership, and takes pride in delivering exceptional candidate and client experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute full-cycle recruitment for technical and infrastructure-focused roles within the data center space (e.g., engineering, commissioning, construction, operations, and skilled trades)
  • Partner closely with hiring managers, client stakeholders, and internal account leadership to understand workforce needs and hiring priorities
  • Develop and maintain strong talent pipelines through sourcing strategies, referrals, networking, and market mapping
  • Conduct candidate screening, interviews, and evaluations aligned to both technical requirements and client culture
  • Manage candidate communication throughout the hiring lifecycle, ensuring a best-in-class experience
  • Navigate high-volume requisitions while maintaining accuracy, compliance, and attention to detail
  • Leverage ATS, CRM tools, and reporting to track progress and meet delivery SLAs
  • Stay informed on industry trends, labor market insights, and competitive intelligence within the data center and infrastructure domain

Qualifications & Experience

  • 1-2 years of recruiting experience, preferably in technical, infrastructure, construction, engineering, or skilled-trades staffing
  • Experience supporting large or enterprise clients in fast-paced environments
  • Strong sourcing and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while consistently meeting deadlines
  • Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills
  • Comfortable working with data, metrics, and performance-driven goals
  • Prior experience with ATS and recruitment technology platforms
