• Create and maintain a welcoming, professional, fun, and people‑focused environment.

• Lead, oversee, and continuously improve organizational HR initiatives and processes.
• Ensure full compliance with all local, state, and federal employment laws and regulations.
• Drive employee development programs, performance management, and training initiatives.
• Serve as a strategic partner to leadership and a trusted resource to team members.

• At least 4+ years of experience as an HR Manager in the hospitality/QSR industry.
• Proven experience/knowledge of all local, state, and federal labor law guidelines.
• Experience managing groups of over 1,000 employees.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong project management skills.
