• ABA Students & Fieldwork Seekers:
  If you’re an ABA student working toward your BCBA certification, this is the perfect opportunity to gain valuable fieldwork hours.
• Experienced Behavior Technicians:

• Passionate Individuals:
  No formal experience? No problem! If you have experience working with children with developmental disabilities (personal or volunteer-based), we’ll provide all the training and support you need to thrive.

• Implement individualized ABA treatment plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
• Work one‑on‑one with children in clinical, home, and community settings to help them develop essential life skills.
• Collect and record detailed data on client progress to inform treatment adjustments.
• Collaborate with BCBAs, parents, and caregivers to ensure continuity of care.
• Assist children in developing communication, social, and adaptive skills for greater independence.

• Safety Care Trained Certification – two full days of training in your first week.
• Comprehensive Training:
  Regardless of your experience level, we provide hands‑on training to ensure you’re fully equipped to excel in your role.

  We offer part‑time and full‑time roles tailored to your location and experience. Clinic hours are 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday through Friday.

• The position requires flexibility to travel between the clinic and clients’ homes within Fairfax and nearby areas as needed to provide services in different settings.
• Reliable transportation is a must.

• Must be 18 or older with a high school diploma or GED.
• Must pass a background check.
• A passion for working with children with developmental disabilities is essential.
