American Medical Staffing (AMS) is currently seeking a RN for a home health contract assignment.

Traveler friendly – travel reimbursement available
ts a M-F position 8-430 each day averaging up to 6 points per day. Patients are all 18+ and acuity can range but no super high acuity patients. The role includes different types of visits such as admissions, recertifications, and standard visits. The client just asks that admissions/starts of care be prioritized. The ideal candidate has 1 year of HH, HCHB, and OASIS experience.

As a Home Health healthcare professional, you’ll deliver one-on-one, high-touch care to patients in their homes. You’ll conduct skilled nursing visits, perform assessments, create and manage individualized care plans, and collaborate with families and interdisciplinary providers to improve patient outcomes.
