Virginia Home Care Services, Inc. is urgently hiring a Mandarin-speaking caregiver to provide compassionate, in-home care to clients in Northern Virginia. If you are a CNA, HHA, or PCA who is dedicated, reliable, and fluent in Mandarin

• Position: CNA / HHA / PCA (Mandarin speaking required)
• Location: Fairfax, VA and surrounding Northern Virginia areas
• Schedule: Flexible shifts available (day, evening, and weekends)
• Pay Rate: Competitive pay based on experience

• Provide compassionate and professional care in clients’ homes
• Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, meal preparation)
• Communicate effectively with clients and families in Mandarin
• Monitor and report changes in clients’ conditions
• Maintain a safe and clean home environment

• Active CNA, HHA, or PCA certification in Virginia
• Fluent in Mandarin (required)
• Current TB/PPD and CPR/First Aid (or willingness to obtain)
• Reliable transportation within Northern Virginia
• Strong communication skills and a caring, positive attitude
