This is a full-time, on-site Licensed Clinical Therapist position located in Fairfax, VA. The therapist will deliver compassionate mental health care by conducting individual, family, and group therapy sessions. Responsibilities include assessing clients' mental health needs, creating treatment plans, providing case management, and maintaining accurate and timely documentation. The therapist will also collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of professionals to offer high-quality client care while promoting a safe and welcoming environment for healing.

• Expertise in Social Work and Case Management to provide client advocacy and coordinate resources effectively
• Strong background in Psychology and Mental Health to deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions
• Experience in Family Therapy to support families in addressing relational and behavioral challenges
• Proven ability to build rapport, foster trust, and maintain confidentiality with diverse client populations
• Master’s degree or higher in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related field
• Active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or equivalent
• Commitment to destigmatizing mental health and supporting diverse communities
• Virginia Certified Supervisor highly encouraged.
