A Registered Investment Advisor firm in Northern Virginia is seeking a Senior Wealth Advisor to support financial planning and client service operations. This hands-on role is ideal for a motivated professional looking to grow into a senior advisory position while working closely with a collaborative, client-focused team.

• Assist with client onboarding, service requests, and ongoing support
• Prepare, review, and edit financial plans; lead client meetings and follow-up deliverables
• Maintain client data in CRM systems and track action items
• Support portfolio management, trading, and basic tax/estate planning discussions
• Collaborate with the advisory team to improve processes and deliver exceptional client experiences

• Bachelor’s degree required; CFP designation highly preferred
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build client and team relationships
• Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously
• Eager to learn, grow, and eventually assume a senior advisory role
• Tech-savvy and comfortable with multiple software platforms

This is a hands-on, client-facing role with long-term growth potential in a dynamic, supportive environment. The approximate salary range for this position is between $140K-$175K, dependent on experience. Contact Erin at  for more information.
