This role supports 24/7 operations at facilities in the WMA. You will manage shift work, weekends, and holidays. The first line of support for internal and external customers, you will answer phones, dispatch technicians, enter service requests, troubleshoot issues, and perform various administrative duties.

• Work independently and as part of a team.
• Perform duties in a fast‑paced, mission‑critical environment with strong attention to detail.
• Multi‑task and prioritize based on established workflows.
• Pick up and apply new information quickly to on‑the‑job duties.
• Use computer systems and be experienced with MS Office suite.
• Answer phones, dispatch technicians, enter service requests, troubleshoot customer issues, and perform administrative duties.

• High School Diploma or GED with 6+ years of experience.
• Reliable transportation.
• Successful completion of a background check and drug screen.
• U.S. citizenship and eligibility for a government security investigation.
• Active TS/SCI with polygraph required.

• Previous experience in a security operations center setting.
