- Travel: 25% including RRMC and other WHS facilities
- Security:
Must obtain and maintain Secret clearance for RRMC access
- Lead overall environmental compliance program for Pentagon, Mark Center, and RRMC
- Interface with WHS Facilities Services Directorate and senior DoD officials
- Manage 15+ person technical team and subcontractor relationships
- Oversee $3-5M annual program budget and task order execution
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local environmental regulations
- Coordinate emergency response and incident management activities
- Develop strategic plans and long-term environmental compliance roadmaps
- 15+ years environmental compliance and program management experience
- Demonstrated leadership of large, complex environmental programs
- Federal facilities experience strongly preferred
- Master's degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, or related field
- Project Management Professional (PMP) preferred
- Professional Engineer (PE) or Certified Environmental Professional (CEP) highly desired
- 40-hour HAZWOPER certification required
- Expert knowledge of RCRA, CERCLA, CAA, CWA, TSCA, NEPA regulations
- Experience with DoD environmental compliance programs
- Strong project management and leadership capabilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to interface with senior government officials
- Crisis management and emergency response experience
