• Lead and coordinate multi-disciplined teams on roadway and transit tunnel projects from inspection and design through construction phase support.
• Project management and ownership of technical design and report development.
• Provide expert engineering input into design, evaluation of technical outcomes, and deliverables.
• Interface with the client, attending progress meetings and producing reports.
• Act as a technical mentor to other team members, guiding them through complex project challenges.

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or related discipline.
• Ten (10) years progressive experience in engineering design, inspection and construction support.
• Professional Engineer License is a requirement for the role.
• 5-10 years of experience leading engineering teams.
• Willingness to travel to project sites as needed.
• Active engagement in professional associations and providing thought leadership internally and externally representing Gannett Fleming/Tran Systems.

• NCTI Certification through National Highway Institute.
• Strong transportation engineering project portfolio; design-build experience is a plus.

The salary range for this position is $135,000 - $155,000 (USD). Salary is dependent upon experience and geographic location.
