Adaptive Care Specialist – Fairfax County Public Schools

Amergis Educational Staffing is seeking Adaptive Care Specialists to support a before- and after‑school program in Fairfax County Public Schools. This role is ideal for individuals with experience as Behavior Technicians, Behavior Assistants, or Special Education Paraprofessionals, especially those comfortable supporting students with challenging behaviors such as elopement, de‑escalation, and emotional regulation.

• Full 8‑hour day with a midday break — perfect for running errands, recharging, or getting things done so your weekends stay free for fun
