• Competitive pay. All tutors start out between $27-$38/hour with opportunities to earn a raise and earn over $40/hour. Plus, as a part-time employee we’ll pay a portion of your payroll taxes!

  . Maybe you play in a softball league on Tuesdays or need to take your kids to soccer practice on Wednesday. Whatever it is, you’ll still be able to do it and tutor with Educational Connections. Our tutors have the flexibility to create their own schedule.

We’re looking for someone who:

• Is a top-notch educator. All of our tutors have a minimum of a bachelor’s degree and classroom teaching or extensive tutoring experience. We’re looking for teachers and tutors who have an enthusiastic, engaging, and encouraging teaching style.
• Strives to be an industry expert
  . At Educational Connections, we’re invested in developing our tutors to help them become the best at what they do. We offer frequent trainings, workshops, and resources to our tutors on a wide variety of subjects.
• Is committed
  . If you’re only looking for a part-time gig for a few months, this probably isn’t for you. All tutors must have access to a car and be able to commit to a minimum of four hours/week through the end of the  school year.
