We are looking for an energetic, self‑motivated individual to open a brand new location in Washington. The role reports to the Gym Director and supports high‑standard program delivery, instructor training, student enrollment, and daily operations.

• Know and understand The Little Gym philosophy and program; communicate information correctly and professionally to parents.
• Assist the Gym Director in training instructors and maintaining and building student enrollment.
• Conduct engaging, high‑energy The Little Gym classes.
• Perform all other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Gym Director.

• A background in child development, physical education, and/or gymnastics.
• Prior management and/or strong customer service experience preferred.
• Availability for daytime, evening, and weekend hours.
