Dermatology Physician

Tink Bird Healthcare Staffing is actively seeking a board-certified Dermatologist to help provide locums coverage. with our client between two facilities in Fairfax and Dumfries, Virginia.

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited dermatologist residency program

• Board Certification in dermatology

• 2 years of clinical experience outside of residency program completion

• Current BLS certification

• Current DEA registration

Schedule

• Monday through Friday, 7:30am to 4:30pm

• No on-call responsibilities

• Working at state of the art outpatient, ambulatory care centers. These freestanding facilities in the Northern Virginia area.

Specific Duties

• 12-16 scheduled outpatient patient visits daily

• Procedures:
Demonstrate and perform competency in dermatologic procedures to include but not limited to the
-following: shave biopsies, punch biopsies, cryotherapy, electrosurgery, excisions, flaps, grafts, laser surgery, chemical peels, sclerotherapy, nail surgery, dermabrasion, koh preps, Tzanck preps, gram's stains, pathology slide review, and Cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR).

• Pharmacy, lab and radiology on site

Credentialing & Insurance

• Credentialing Time Frame: 60 days
