- Play a key role in translating clients' visions into reality while collaborating closely with project managers and construction teams.
- Design spaces that reflect clients' lifestyles, preferences, and budgets, all while adhering to Iboy's high standards of quality.
- Ensure project designs stay within budget and are delivered on time.
- Provide guidance to homeowners from design to completion, helping them enjoy their completed spaces without the stress of managing the remodeling.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ongoing education on design trends.
- Proficiency in design software such as 2020 and Chief Architect.
- Solid understanding of residential remodeling techniques.
