As the Customer Service Manager, you will be responsible for providing customer service support, scheduling, processing requests, and assistance with Government conferences.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS- Provide opening procedures to include posting conference schedules at government facilities.
- Phone service begins immediately following opening procedures.
- Provide customer service support by staffing a customer service desk to generate Products & Services requests and respond to customer requests, including tracking requests.
- Integrate service order requests and provide assistance to conference attendees.
- Provide notary service.
- Provide oversight of the key management and control.
- Ensure presence during business hours and be available 24/7 for emergency response.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, Public Relations, or related field. 4 years' experience in management role overseeing customer service operations.
