We are seeking a dedicated Superintendent to join our team, specializing in commercial interiors construction. Our projects cover a diverse range of sectors including aviation, education, government, hospitality, and tenant fit-outs. As a Superintendent, you will manage and direct the construction of various projects within our portfolio, ensuring successful project completion from bid to award.

• Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors.
• Oversee projects from bid to completion, with budgets ranging from $100k to $10M.
• Perform site inspections to ensure compliance with contract documents.
• Manage the RFI and submittal process.
• Create and maintain project schedules.
• Bid on new projects, conduct scope reviews, and coordinate with subcontractors for project estimates.
• Review, process, and negotiate change orders.
• Create and track project budgets.
• Engage in marketing and business development activities.
• Manage 2-3+ projects simultaneously.

• 5+ years of experience as a General Contractor Superintendent.
• Proficiency in commercial construction, including scheduling, RFIs, and submittals.
• Ability to bid jobs and engage in marketing.
• Capability to manage multiple projects concurrently.

• Experience with projects valued between $500k and $10M.
• Specialization in interiors/SCIF projects.

This position is based in our office located in Fairfax, VA. The company fosters an open and team‑oriented environment. Employees work closely with company owners and executives. As a mid‑sized firm, we handle approximately $50M in projects annually.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of FAIRFAX, VA.

The pay range for this position is $43.27 - $55.00/hr.
