Description
Ted Britt Ford is seeking a Mobile Service Technician to support our Ford Mobile Service Program. This role delivers routine maintenance and approved minor repairs directly to customers, providing convenience without sacrificing quality or safety.

Full-time, Monday through Friday with occasional Saturdays as needed.
Requirements Duties – Mobile Service Technician- Perform Ford-approved mobile maintenance services including oil changes, tire rotations, battery replacements, wiper replacements, and light recall work.
- Travel to customer homes, workplaces, or designated locations using a dealership-provided mobile service vehicle.
- Conduct basic vehicle inspections to confirm eligibility for mobile service.
- Communicate professionally with customers regarding services performed and vehicle condition.
- Coordinate daily routes and schedules with the Mobile Service Coordinator.
- Ensure required parts, tools, and supplies are stocked prior to service visits.
- Accurately document services completed in the dealership management system.
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety of the mobile service vehicle.
- Adhere to all Ford Mobile Service Program guidelines, dealership policies, and safety standards.
- Refer repairs beyond the mobile service scope to the Service Department.
- Ability to stand, bend, kneel, and work in outdoor environments for extended periods.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly.
- Ability to operate hand tools, diagnostic equipment, and service vehicles safely.
- Ability to communicate clearly in person and electronically.
- Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
