Role

As a People and Culture Coordinator you will assist and support People and Culture (P&C). This position will serve as the main point of contact for employees related to P&C policies, processes, and procedures, as well as provide executive administrative support as needed.

Essential Functions & Responsibilities
  • Serves as the primary point of contact for People & Culture (P&C) and Apple FCU Staff by assisting with responding to a variety of policy, recruitment, payroll, leave and benefits questions.
  • Manages the P&C Jira ticketing system to ensure that all inquiries are reviewed and responded to as indicated by the established internal service level agreement.
  • Updates the P&C Process and Procedures Guidebook and Staff Guidebook.
  • Creates business process user guides for P&C systems (i.e., ADP, Cornerstone, etc.) internally for P&C and externally for staff.
  • Collects and compiles P&C data, metrics, statistics, using ADP, Cornerstone, and other systems to prepare dynamic and functional reports and presentations related to recruitment, retention, performance and legal compliance.
  • Maintains P&C files, records, and documentation with accuracy, integrity, and confidentiality per retention guidelines, including conversion of paper files to electronic files.
  • Maintains P&C vendor contracts, lists, bills, deadlines and assists in reconciling billing as needed.
  • Provides executive-level administration support on an as needed basis, which includes, but is not limited to greeting guests, scheduling meetings, answering phones and emails.
  • Assists in coordination of onboarding new hires and conducting portions of new hire orientation (ANEW
    101). This includes preparing new hire manuals and setting up the training room.
  • Supports P&C/Talent Development with setting up training, creating workbooks, PowerPoint presentations etc.
  • Completes verifications of employment and other requests requiring employment verification per established processes and procedures.
  • Review and process orders, maintains, and tracks inventory of office supplies and swag.
  • Works closely with P&C and other teams as needed to ensure that the P&C Apple Net pages are current.
  • Assists with the planning of special events, such as benefit enrollment, company-wide celebrations, meetings, and employee recognition events.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Experience
  • At least two years of human resources experience required with administrative support experience included.
  • Prior experience with human capital management systems (HCMs), HR information’s systems (HRIS) and/or applicant tracking systems, preferably ADP.
  • Ability to multi-task and demonstrate flexibility, providing recommendations for efficiency.
  • Able to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately.
Education
  • Associate’s and/or bachelor’s degree preferred.
Other Skills
  • Minimum of intermediate level proficiency in MS Office Suite (includes, but not limited to, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint).
  • Ability to create pivot tables, reports, and graphs in Excel.
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize competing tasks.
