• Prepare and review daily accounting activities including general ledger entry, record keeping, and account reconciliations.
• Manage month‑end closing activities; prepare activities and reconciliations to ensure timely and accurate preparation of financial statements and reports.
• Maintain accurate fixed assets, prepaids, accruals and other account balances.
• Facilitate inter‑company invoicing to include currency conversion.
• Maintain documentation for accounting and internal / external audits.
• Support external audit processes and coordinate with auditors.

• Ensure compliance with GAAP, SOX, tax regulations, and company policies.
• Support regulatory reporting requirements.
• Maintain internal controls and identify process improvements.

• Collaborate with other departments on financial matters.
• Assist in special projects and ad‑hoc requests as needed.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required
• Minimum 4‑6 years accounting experience
• Knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting
• CPA preferred but not required
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Highly organized and detail‑oriented
• Strong numeracy and analytical skills. Advanced proficiency in Excel required
• Experience in accounting operational standards, resolving problems, and identifying system improvements
