As a Roll-Off Driver, you are the face of GFL. Your day will include:

• Precision Driving:
  Safely operating roll-off trucks to deliver, pick up, and swap containers at diverse customer sites.
• Safety First:
  Conducting thorough pre- and post-trip inspections and maintaining a clean, professional cab.
• Customer Service:
  Representing "Team Green" through professional communication with customers and the public.
• Ownership:
  Maintaining accurate service records, route sheets, and reporting mechanical needs immediately to our shop team.

• License: A valid Commercial Driver’s License (Class A or
  
  B).
• Experience:
  
  1+ years of commercial driving experience OR a certificate from an accredited CDL school.
• Physical Readiness:
  Ability to handle the physical nature of the job, including lifting 50–100 lbs and working in various Georgia weather conditions.
• Communication:
  Strong verbal and written skills for route documentation and team coordination.
• Reliability: A commitment to safety protocols and a consistent work ethic.
