As a Forklift Operator, you’re the backbone of our warehouse operations, safely maneuvering forklifts to make sure products are loaded, unloaded, picked, and stored.

Compensation & Schedule

• Pay Range: $18.44 per hour plus $0.75 per hour shift differential.
• Eligible for bi‑weekly productivity bonus in addition to base pay.
• Schedule:
  
  10:30 PM – 7:00 AM, Sunday–Thursday.

• Safely operate stand‑up forklifts to keep orders moving and customers happy.
• Master the art of loading, unloading, picking, putting away, and consolidating pallets.
• Jump in with manual case picking when directed.
• Get products prepped and shipped with accuracy and care.
• Conduct outbound load audits, correct labels and count discrepancies.
• Keep the warehouse moving by replenishing products in the right bays.
• Tackle other duties as needed within your training and expertise.

• At least 6 months of recent forklift or warehouse experience.
• Physical ability to lift up to 60 lbs safely and consistently.
• Battery and Propane Safety Training/Certification is a plus.
• A true team player who works toward common goals.
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic every day.
• Reliable and dependable attendance.
