Are you ready to dive into the fast‑paced world of supply chain and warehouse operations? The SCIL Leadership Program (Successful Careers in Logistics) is a launchpad for your future as a leader in logistics! We’re seeking recent graduates with a passion for making things happen in the heart of our distribution centers. This immersive rotational (minimum 12 months) program is designed to kick‑start your career with hands‑on training in warehouse management and will prepare you to take on key leadership roles in distribution and logistics.

Step into the world of warehouse management, where you’ll manage operations and design innovative solutions that drive efficiency and delight customers. You’ll learn the ins and outs of supply chain solutions while building the skills and connections that will set you apart as a future leader. You’ll also be part of a dynamic mentoring program, gaining valuable insights from upper management and peer mentors who are eager to support your growth.

At the end of the program, you will be ready to assume a warehouse supervisor role or another leadership position within operations.

• Manage a team of frontline employees
• Learn Warehouse Management, including safety performance, dock management, equipment management, yard management, and loss prevention
• Learn Inventory & Quality Control, including aisle audits, cycle counts, quality hold processes, and how to research an OS&D issue
• Learn Customer Service, including order processing, tracking, and confirming shipments

• Recent Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Business, or a related field (Graduates from August 2025 to May 2026)
• Recently graduated military veterans are strongly encouraged to apply
• Overall GPA of 3.0 or higher
• Proven leadership skills and a drive to excel in a high‑energy environment
• Creative problem‑solving skills
• Relevant work or internship experience in supply chain, logistics, or operations
• Willingness to lead by example, engaging in daily pre‑shift meetings and team collaborations
• Ability to accommodate various shift schedules
• Must have the flexibility to relocate and travel – your career could take you anywhere!
• An eagerness to take on new challenges and responsibilities with enthusiasm

• Pay Range: $60K - $70K depending on experience and location
