Job TitleSales Representative (Amwaste of Georgia)
OverviewAmwaste is seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Sales Representative to join our team. The Sales Rep will sell large roll‑off dumpsters for construction and industrial sites. They will work to increase the company’s customer base in the Atlanta, GA markets while maintaining existing customer relationships. They will also build relationships with prospective clients and translate our waste solutions into business opportunities.
Dutiesand Responsibilities
- Develop new roll‑off and other commercial business by prospecting, networking, and building relationships with potential customers.
- Reach sales targets through account management, lead generation, and closing deals.
- Focus on building an understanding of customer needs and providing waste solutions that offer value to the customer.
- Use management reports to manage and track pipeline, forecasting, and customer information.
- Develop and maintain an in‑depth knowledge of company products and services.
- Plan and execute customer visits, presentations, and proposals.
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers.
- Collaborate with internal teams to meet customer needs and enhance the customer experience.
- Attend trade shows, industry conferences, and networking events to stay up to date with industry trends and meet potential clients.
- Continuously improve sales skills through training and keeping up to date on industry advancements.
This position will receive a base salary plus commission.
Requirements- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, or Marketing.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
