Job Summary
RN Charge Nurse Opportunity South Fulton Emergency CareWe are seeking experienced Charge Nurses to lead frontline operations at our new Free Standing Emergency Department.
As we prepare to launch our brand-new Free Standing Emergency Department (FSED) in South Fulton, we are looking for strong, clinically advanced Charge Nurses to help establish operational excellence and lead high-performing emergency care teams from day one.
About South Fulton Emergency CareThe 24/7 Emergency Center will deliver full emergency services for adults and children experiencing critical, urgent, and time-sensitive conditions all in a convenient, community-based setting.
Facility HighlightsThe new Emergency Center will include:
- 16 exam rooms, including two resuscitation rooms for high-acuity emergencies
- 4 observation rooms for extended monitoring
- Advanced imaging capabilities (CT, X-ray, and ultrasound)
- Efficiently designed clinical workflows to support rapid response
- A modern waiting area for families
- A dedicated community room for health education events
This is a fully operational emergency department not an urgent care or primary care clinic designed to manage serious medical emergencies requiring immediate care.

We are seeking Registered Nurses with:- Emergency Department or Critical Care experience
- Strong clinical assessment and triage skills
- Experience managing high-acuity, fast-paced environments
- Commitment to patient safety, teamwork, and service excellence
- 4 years Adult and Pediatric Emergency Nursing experience
- American Heart Association (ACLS, BLS, PALS) certification
- TNCC (Trauma Nurse Core Course) preferred
- ENPC (Emergency Nursing Pediatric Course) preferred
