We are seeking candidates to fill a Maintenance Trainee position at our property, Fairfield Pointe. This lovely community has 600+ units. This property offers the perfect training ground for the candidate who has basic mechanical knowledge and a desire to learn Maintenance in the apartment industry.

Everyday tasks will include grounds maintenance. Such tasks include using a gas blower, power washer and small power tools. In addition, you will learn how to diagnose and correct a variety of maintenance issues including plumbing, electrical, appliance and carpentry repairs.

Successful candidates must meet the following requirements:

• High School Diploma, GED, Technical or Trade School
• Reliable transportation and a valid drivers license.
• Physical requirements:
  
  Able to lift 75 lbs. Able to climb ladders and steps. Applicants must be able to operate power equipment such as saws, drills. Must be able to operate door locks.

Compensation details: 18-21 Hourly Wage
