• Assist with providing Directorate security operations support.
• Provide multi-disciplined security support to a customer’s facility and organization for day-to‑day support for collateral, SCI, and SAP activities.
• Prepare, coordinate, and track security‑related materials and program actions to meet all security requirements, and provide technical assistance to the Directorate.
• Manage newcomer and security‑related databases, and provide special administrative and logistical assistance for the division visitor control function.
• Maintain an active DISS account and verify personnel security clearances; process personnel security investigation documents, review them for accuracy, and track submitted requests for personnel security clearances.
• Support the performance of administrative duties of an SAP Facility in accordance with DoDI 5205.11 and DoDM 5205.07, Volume 1‑4 and current JSIG or guidance, including submitting Program Access Requests (PARs), gaining and maintaining accreditation as required, and managing the self‑inspection program.
• This role is almost exclusively in a vault and should be considered before applying.

• Minimum of five (5) years of full‑time DoD security functions or a bachelor’s degree plus three (3) years of full‑time security functions; typically performs all functional duties independently.
• Security Fundamentals Professional Certification from the Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency (DCSA) or certification in the Security Professional Education Development Program. If certification is not available, must demonstrate currency with other DCSA training relating to information, personnel, industrial, and physical security programs.
