POSITION:
Maintenance Supervisor
248 days per year
Start date:
on or about April 1, 2026
Starting salary: $81,344 per year and up, based on experience, prorated for 2025-26 contract year.
QUALIFICATIONS- Should be knowledgeable in the maintenance, care and operations of buildings, grounds and equipment
- Exceptional interpersonal communication skills and motivational techniques
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Shall have experience with budgets
Shall have problem solving abilities - Shall be reliable and available for emergency situations
- A minimum of three years supervisory experience is preferred
- Demonstrate a record of punctuality and reliability
