Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation.

• Administer medications and treatments according to state licensure and facility guidelines.

• Monitor and document patient progress, vital signs, and changes in condition.

• Coordinate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to create individualized care plans.

• Educate patients and families on health conditions, treatments, and wellness strategies.

• Promote a safe, respectful, and supportive environment for patients and staff.

• Ensure care complies with healthcare regulations, standards of practice, and facility policies.

Qualifications:

• Current RN license in the state.

• Previous nursing experience in a healthcare or rehabilitation setting preferred.

• Strong clinical knowledge and critical-thinking skills.

• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
