MBSE Engineer

Overview

SRC, Inc. is currently seeking a Model Based System Engineer (MBSE). The selected candidate will support NASIC development of simulatable data models using MBSE software tools such as Cameo/Magic Draw and System Modeling Language (SysML) 2.0.

• Develop and enhance baseline threat models
• Document the development process
• Coordinate with intelligence analysts and modeling and simulation professionals
• Verify and validate model functionality and performance

• Bachelor’s degree in systems engineering or related field with 8 or more years of experience
• An active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility

• Strong Systems Engineering foundation
• Cameo/Magic Draw
• SysML 2.0
• Familiarity with AI/ML models to process and analyze large datasets
• Previous IC or DoD program/project work experience
• Technical Leadership Experience
• Experience with AFSIM

Total compensation for this role is market competitive. The anticipated salary range for this position based out of Dayton, OH is estimated at $113,000 to $150,000 annually. The actual salary will vary based on applicant’s experience, skills, and abilities, geographic location as well as other business and organizational needs.
