Position: MBSE Engineer with Security Clearance
SRC, Inc . is currently seeking a Model Based System Engineer (MBSE). The selected candidate will support NASIC development of simulatable data models using MBSE software tools such as Cameo/Magic Draw and System Modeling Language (SysML) 2.0. What You'll Do
* Develop and enhance baseline threat models
* Document the development process
* Coordinate with intelligence analysts and modeling and simulation professionals
* Verify and validate model functionality and performance What You'll Bring
* Bachelor's degree in systems engineering or related field with 8 or more years of experience
* An active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility Ways to Stand Out - Preferred Requirements
* Strong Systems Engineering foundation
* Cameo/Magic Draw
* SysML 2.0
* Familiarity with AI/ML models to process and analyze large datasets
* Previous IC or DoD program/project work experience
* Technical Leadership Experience

Total compensation for this role is market competitive. The anticipated salary range for this position based out of Dayton, OH is estimated at $113,000 to $150,000 annually. The actual salary will vary based on applicant's experience, skills, and abilities, geographic location as well as other business and organizational needs.
