A full-time Special Education Teacher position is available in Huber Heights, OH, serving students with Autism and ABA-related needs. This opportunity requires a dedicated professional to work on-site, providing specialized instruction and support within a public school setting. The contract runs ASAP through the Extended School Year (ESY), offering a 37.5-hour workweek.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver individualized instruction and interventions tailored to students with Autism Spectrum Disorder and related disabilities
• Develop and implement IEPs (Individualized Education Programs) in collaboration with families and multidisciplinary teams
• Utilize evidence-based practices and ABA techniques to support student development and behavior management
• Monitor student progress and adjust instructional strategies accordingly
• Collaborate with staff to create an inclusive and supportive learning environment
• Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with state special education regulations

Qualifications and

Experience:

• Valid New Jersey Special Education (NJ SPED) certification required
• Experience working with students with Autism and ABA

• Flexibility to participate in panel interviews with prior notice
