The Fueler is responsible for fueling light, heavy, mobile, and stationary equipment and machinery in accordance with flammable and combustible fluid transfer policies and requirements. This position operates tankers, pumps, and valves to refuel equipment and performs other maintenance activities as required. This position requires extensive outside job duties in arctic environment.

• Perform refueling operations on light, heavy, mobile, and stationary equipment and machinery.
• Operate tankers, pumps, and valves to refuel equipment.
• Perform fluid level checks and record fuel activity as required.
• Monitor the availability and delivery of fuel products.
• Operate light and heavy-duty equipment on ice roads.
• Assist VMS Shop with basic maintenance and general housekeeping
• Perform other maintenance tasks as required.
• Comply with Company and customer policies and procedures.
• Support AES zero-incident safety culture and assume personal accountability and responsibility for safe work practices in all projects, activities, and operations.
• Other duties will be assigned to this position as needs require.

• A valid (U.S issued, Alaska compliant) Class A CDL with Hazmat and Tanker endorsements is required.
• A current DOT Medical Card is required.
• A High School Diploma or GED is required.
• The ability to work 84 hours a week on a 2x2 or 3x3 is required.
• A minimum of three (3) years' related experience is required.

• Five (5) or more years' experience working in a Construction/Industrial setting, the Oil and Gas/Petrochemical industry, and/or the North Slope/Arctic environment is preferred.
