Job Description The Role

Drives company truck to deliver produce to customers on an assigned route. Assist warehouse in storing incoming produce, returning produce to coolers, fueling trucks and trailer refrigeration units, occasionally handling product orders, hooking and unhooking truck from trailer, inspecting equipment, loading, unloading trailer, and breaking down pallets of produce. Fill out and complete required paperwork in a timely manner. Our delivery drivers are responsible for the local delivery of produce to predetermined customers on a specific route in a safe and timely manner.

Load and unload truck with pallet jack or hand truck, pick up returns, interact with all customers in a professional manner, help resolve or communicate customer issues with the management team, and collect signatures and payment at time of delivery.

• Practice safe driving techniques
• Deliver produce by deadline
• Keep vehicles up to company standards
• Occasional warehouse duties
• Responsible for quality and food safety
• Other duties as assigned

• Speak and read the English language (bilingual preferred)
• Must have a valid Alaskan Driver's License
• Provide at least a five (5) year driving record from an Alaskan DMV
• Valid medical card
• Pass pre‑employment drug test, background, and reference check
• Able to lift, push and pull up to 75 lbs repeatedly
• Ability to work in a refrigerated environment
• Work an electric/manual pallet jack/dolly safely
