Service Technician

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Service Technician located in Fairbanks, AK. The Service Technician will handle installation, maintenance, and repair of commercial food service equipment. Responsibilities include troubleshooting equipment issues, performing diagnostic assessments, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The position requires timely completion of service tasks, maintaining safety standards, tracking parts inventory, and working collaboratively with the team and clients to provide outstanding service.

• Strong technical skills in equipment installation, repair, and maintenance
• Proficiency in diagnosing and troubleshooting mechanical and electrical systems
• Experience and knowledge in working with commercial food service or related equipment
• Excellent customer service and communication skills, with a focus on building client relationships
• Ability to work effectively in a hands-on, on-site capacity
• Commitment to safety and adherence to industry standards
• Valid driver s license and a good driving record
• High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications or vocational training is a plus
• Prior experience in the food service or equipment repair industry is advantageous
