- Diagnose and fix mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical issues quickly.
- Perform routine maintenance and keep accurate service records.
- Strong mechanical know-how and experience with farm equipment.
- Ability to work independently and solve problems under pressure.
- Must have your own tools and a valid CDL.
- Willingness to work in varied conditions and tackle physically demanding tasks.
